We collect the data needed for your orders: name, addresses, email, phone and order information. Payment data is processed directly by our secure payment providers; we have no access to it.
Purposes
Your data is used to process and deliver your orders, handle customer service, meet our legal obligations and, only with your consent, send you our news and offers.
Recipients
Your data is shared only with the necessary service providers: our host Shopify, our payment providers, our suppliers and carriers. Some may be located outside the European Union; these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
Retention period
Order data is kept for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations. Data used for marketing purposes is kept for a maximum of three years after our last contact.
