Delivery times
Delivery within 4 to 7 working days. Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email as soon as it is dispatched. Deliveries may be handled by Colissimo, Colis Privé or Mondial Relay.
Delivery costs
Delivery is free on all orders.
Late or lost parcel
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the stated time, contact us at contact@nestiva.fr: we'll check the tracking with the carrier and, if it's lost, we'll send you a new product or refund you.
